Too often when in search for the next thing, we forget about the great things right in front of us.
What we neglect, someone else deeply desires.
The only way I’ve found to overcome this is to practice living in the moment.
When I sense tension, stress, or disgust rearing it’s ugly head, I simply remind myself to BE PRESENT.
When you stop the negative mental chatter, you can see the beauty of what’s right in your hands!
Be grateful. Be present.
