As a busy mother, wife and entrepreneur it can be a challenge to stay focused on “the real”, to keep focus on what really matters.
With all of my to-do lists, must do items, goals, dreams and ambitions, when my eyes pop open in the wee hours of the morning, my mind is ready to get to doing.
I’ve learned that all my doing sometimes only equates to a ton of working in my own strength which leads me to stress, desperation, fear and complete exhaustion.

My mornings now consists of oil pulling, warm lemon water, Bible study (for general revelation on God’s character) and Prayer/Quiet Time (for specific revelation for my journey). The latter formula was recently given to me from my husband on a lunch date (more on this later).
